shipping to the US

You will receive your order in three to seven business days from the date your order was placed. At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping.

Our standard is First Class mail through the United States Postal Service.

shipping to Canada

You will receive your order in seven to ten business days from the date your order was placed. At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping to Canada. Out standard is International First Class mail through the United States Postal Service. We also cannot provide tracking information for international orders.

The security of the information regarding your order is very important to us. We use the 128-bit Secure Socket Layer protocol to protect the security of your online order information. SSL technology encrypts your order information to protect it from being decoded by anyone other than Mittenberry.

Once you enter the checkout page your computer will begin communicating with our server in secure mode. You can tell that you are in secure mode by the following:

When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us to use information from your check to make a one-time electronic funds transfer from your account. In certain circumstances, such as for technical or processing reasons, we may process your payment as a check transaction. If we make a one-time electronic funds transfer, funds may be withdrawn from your account the same day you make your payment, and you will not receive your check back from your financial institution.

For security purposes, please do not send cash or request CODs. In addition, please do not include your credit card number on any email communication.

Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise, including shipping & handling fees, for orders shipped to: AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA and WI.
